The app is the point. Custom patterns you build yourself, and control that can be handed to a partner from anywhere. That last part is what Infinite Silk does at £690 — Aura does it at £96, and unless you specifically need Lovense's ecosystem, the price difference is hard to argue with.

One thing to consider before buying any connected toy: it depends on a company's servers and an app that will eventually stop being updated. Check whether it works offline in basic mode, and whether an account is required. Connected hardware ends when the app does, and that's a question worth asking before rather than after.

Weighted silicone spheres. They shift as you move and your pelvic floor responds without conscious effort. That's the mechanism, and it's a prompt rather than a treatment — anyone selling kegel balls as a cure for incontinence is overreaching. Start at fifteen to twenty minutes; take them out if you feel dragging or you're straining to hold them.

Aura Purify Anal Douche — £54

Worth saying plainly: most people don't need one. Timing a session a couple of hours after a bowel movement does most of the work. Douching often, or with too much water, irritates the bowel lining and can make things worse rather than cleaner.
