To fulfil an order we need your email, delivery name and address, and your payment confirmation. The lawful basis is performance of the contract. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store a full card number.

To run the site we log anonymised page requests and errors. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, and you can object at any time.

Analytics and marketing cookies only run after you accept them in the cookie banner. Rejecting them costs you no functionality.

We do not build interest profiles from what you browse here, and we do not sell or rent personal data. Product names never appear on packaging, invoices sent by post, or the payment descriptor on your statement.

Marketing email is opt-in only, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe that works without signing in.

Order records are kept for six years because UK tax law requires it. Account details are deleted on request, or after three years of inactivity. Support conversations are deleted after 24 months.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything wrong, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Ask by email; we do not require an account or a form.
