Pelvic floor training, minus the mythology
What weighted trainers do, what they do not, and how long it takes.

The pelvic floor is skeletal muscle. It responds to progressive load like any other muscle, which means consistency over eight to twelve weeks matters far more than intensity in any single session.
Weighted trainers give you feedback and resistance. They do not do the work for you, and wearing one passively all day is not training — it is fatigue. Short, deliberate sets with full relaxation between contractions are what produce change, and relaxation is the half most people skip.
If you are postpartum, post-surgical, or experiencing pain or leaking, start with a pelvic health physiotherapist rather than a product. An over-tight pelvic floor presents almost identically to a weak one, and training the wrong one makes it worse.
